Lizard Taylor
http://mysticmedusa.com/2013/07/her-name-was-ocean/
How did they prepare? “I went to an astrologer,” Bonham Carter says. She looks at West and bursts out laughing. “He thinks I’m barking. Heeheehee!” Bonham Carter laughs louder and more giddily than almost anybody I’ve met.
“I’ve got a really good friend called Darby Costello. If I can’t make a decision, I go to Darby and… she won’t tell me what to do, but she can distil characters. She knew Elizabeth.” She stops to correct herself. “She’d not actually met her, but she’d distilled her. She said that Elizabeth was a big Pisces, and was often attracted to people who were broken – she needed to heal them. This was her take on Burton: when she got down, she always had the capacity to get up, whereas he was laden with guilt, and obsessed with death. She was so Pisces.”
What does that mean? “A lot of water. She was so liquid, so sensual. Burton called her ‘Ocean’. Truman Capote talked about her liquid eyes, the way she moved. It was also the drink. That was her element. She existed on a different plane.”
West remains silent and wide-eyed as she talks, and she’s still looking at him. “Look, he thinks I’m a nutter! I said to Darby, can you just see if we would have got on? And the first thing she said about me and her was that she would have felt very safe with me. She said there were five houses between us.” Eh? “Basically, from the moment you’re born, all your moons stop in certain houses.”

Tony Soprano's World View
There’s a
scene in “The Sopranos” where Tony’s son A.J., quoting the German
philosopher Nietzsche, solemnly proclaims that “God is dead.” As a
result, A.J. tells Tony that he doesn’t want to get confirmed in the
Catholic Church.
Tony, knowing that his churchgoing and priest-befriending wife, Carmela, would have none of that, says, “You go to Catholic school. And your mother wants it. ... She knows that even if God is dead, you’re still going to kiss his ass.”
That’s our Tony, profane and to the point. We cheer for him all the more because, even though he messes up his own life, he tries his best to make sure his kids don’t mess up theirs. “Do as I say, not as I do.” How many of us have heard that sage advice from our doting parents?
Reports about the final day of James Gandolfini’s life seem to show a person who lived large, literally and figuratively.
If we are to believe The New York Post (and I don’t always), Gandolfini partook of a bacchanal feast of four shots of rum, two pina coladas, two beers, plus two orders of fried king prawns and a lot of foie gras.
But lest our final memory of him be marred by his seeming fall into the sin of gluttony, we are told that he had just come from touring the Vatican.
Sounds like something Tony would do.

Dark Nite of the Soul?
The "Dark Night Of The Soul" is very common for people during the process of soul transmutation or alchemy where all the stored darkness (unprocessed emotions, feelings, old traumas, karma, distorted beliefs) that are stored in our chakras ~ rise to surface for us to process through so we can permanently release them from our energy fields.
A Dark Night Of The Soul is like a little death ~ death of the ego and shadow consciousness. Many people on the ascension path will experience the dark night of the soul several times throughout their journey to higher and higher states of consciousness. During this time period one may feel very alone, confused, sad, depressed, overwhelmed and uncertain of what direction they are headed in. The dark night of the soul can be a lengthy and profound absence of light and hope. Many people have said they feel like they are dying inside.....and actually, the old energies within them, that no longer serve them, are dying.
Part of
personal soul ascension involves the kundalini snake or coiled dormant
creator energy that resides in every human, at the base of our spine, to
rise up from the root chakra and burn away the blocks and barriers
within each chakra until it finally makes its way up to the crown chakra
where divine illumination and the experience of God and ONENESS, with
all things, occurs. As the kundalini rises, it prompts the transmutation
of the distorted, off pitched vibrations in our chakra system to be
purified. And this process can feel terrible because energy never dies!
Once negative energy is created within our being it doesn't just
disappear....the lower vibrational energies must be raised in frequency
in order for it to be transformed into LIGHT. During this process, the
negative energies come up for us to shine the light of our conscious
awareness on them so we can FEEL them, and release them from our energy
fields. It is basically ~ soul alchemy ~ where we turn our darkness
(lead) into light (gold). Gold is symbolic of the christ consciousness.
The best way to
move through this very difficult time period is to simply surrender to
the process. It is our resistance to our pain that creates more pain.
When we allow the density within us to rise to the surface and we fully
feel it.....we let go of it. And this is the key ~ TO LET GO OF IT. We
need to learn to take the medicine (soul lesson) and leave the pain
behind. Feel the pain, understand that it has a lesson for you.....learn
from it, gather the wisdom it has to offer, give gratitude for it, and
move forward without getting stuck in your "story". If we get stuck in
our "story"....we have not taken responsibility for ourselves and we
have not gained the wisdom! The "story" will drain our precious life
force energy!
The main point
of soul ascension/soul healing is to get rid of the old energies that
keep us stuck in a vicious cycle of recreation. If we allow ourselves to
fully feel the energies that arise ~ they flow right through our entire
chakra system and out of our bodies. If we resist our feelings, we
contract and create blocks within our chakra system that block us from
an abundant free flowing spiritual life force energy from our higher
self.
The Dark Night
Of The Soul is temporary. Just like a baby moves through the darkness of
the birth canal before its birth..... an ascending soul will also move
through the chaos and darkness of the void before the birth of it's
magnificence.

Floss Your Chakras
CHAKRA FLOSSING EXERCISE
Sometimes if I have had an emotional interaction with someone (encountered a soul lesson) and I feel I have contracted my energy or stored feelings in my chakras I will need to do a Chakra Flossing Visualization to remove the blocked energy out of my energy fields.
This is a very powerful meditation to clear your chakras. Whatever you visualize is perfect for you. When we visualize healing and ask for assistance from the spirtual realms we bring healing down into our reality. Our power to co-create is our imagination. Here are the general details of the visualization:
1. Say a prayer of intention. Any prayer will do:
"I command for the Creator of All That Is to please send to me angels to help me clear, balance and align my chakras. Thank you. It is done, It is done, It is done." Visualize them surrounding you.
2. Begin your normal meditation with slow, deep, rhythmic breathing.
3. Focus your energy on the crown chakra. Visualize a white light above your head. Turn this white light into a piece of floss....whatever size ~ it doesn't matter. Sometimes it will be thin sometimes it will be a large, fat rope. Thread this floss through your crown, all the way down your spine and out your root chakra. Now visualize two angels on either side of the floss tugging and pulling the floss as it cleans out your central light column. You may witness chucks of dark matter flying off....watch an angel swoop down to escort it to the light.
4. Move to your spiritual eye center. Focus on the color indigo. Visualize the chakra opening in the front of your body and out the back.Thread an indigo colored floss or rope through this chakra. Watch the angels pull and tug the floss through the chakra clearing out any blocks and escorting the debris to the light of God/Goddess.
5. Continue this same procedure through the throat, heart, solar plexus and sacral chakras with the appropriate chakra color setting your intention for the floss to clean out each chakra.
6. When you get to the root chakra visualize a red energy at the base of the spine. Turn this red energy into a piece of floss or a rope. Thread it all the way up the spine and out the crown chakra. Watch the angels on both ends tug and pull the floss back and forth as they clean out the central light column. Watch the floss turn into every color of the chakras...it is now rainbow floss.....cleanse as above. Give thanks for the healing. ♥ Sabrina

Healing in Stages...
The Seven Levels of Emotional Healing: Part 1
Written by Peter Aziz
The Downward Spiral of Suppressed Emotions
When we experience life with unconditional love and enthusiasm, the life force is fully in us, and there is no suppression. Enthusiasm actually means God in you. Enthusiasm resonates with the pineal gland. When we lack enthusiasm the pineal gland begins to calcify. When we experience life with anything less than unconditional love, we begin to judge and resist things, and then we feel pain. Pain is basically a separation, which occurs when things disagree with our judgement of how they should be. Pain is stored in the pituitary gland. When we resist further, we get angry, and anger is stored in the thyroid gland. When we resist anger we become fearful that things will continue to go against us, and fear is stored in the thymus. Resisting fear, we become victims, feeling that the world is against us, and we experience grief, which is stored in the adrenals, pancreas and solar plexus. When we resist grief, we give up, and become hopeless and apathetic, and this is stored in the spleen. Hopelessness often produces a death wish. Every terminal illness will have a death wish stored in the spleen. Finally, we numb out completely and suppress all the emotions into unconsciousness. Numbness is stored in the gonads (sexual organs). All unconscious experiences, including drugs, anaesthetics and hypnosis are stored here. Every physical weakness, and every illness, is related to a particular pattern of suppressed emotions, which tends to damage the body. The emotions and associated organs in which they are stored can be summarised as shown below:
- Gonads – unconsciousness, anaesthesia, drugs, entities
- Spleen – apathy, failure patterns, giving up, limited thinking, hopelessness, shame
- Adrenal, Solar Plexus, and Pancreas – grief, victim pattern
- Thymus – fear, shame
- Thyroid – anger, guilt, control issues
- Pituitary – pain, separation issues
- Pineal – enthusiasm, experience of oneness
The True Purpose of Emotions
To learn the process of healing, we must also learn non-judgement and non-identification. We suppress emotions because we judge them as wrong. Every emotion has a purpose, and you always have the right to feel whatever you are feeling. For instance, anger tends to make you assertive and motivates you to get up and do something to change a situation that you know is unhealthy. The purpose of fear is to alert all your senses to a threat to put you on peak performance. Grief is a necessary release of energy from expectations which have been suddenly shattered. Pain is there to alert you to something that is harmful to you.Too much identification with our emotions can prevent us from releasing. By letting go and observing the emotion as something we are feeling rather than something that we are, we are able to welcome it and then let it go. This process of healing by progressively releasing the suppressed emotions starting at the deepest levels is what we practice in The Ultimate Healing Course. Let’s take a look at the levels of emotional healing in more detail.
The Levels of Emotional Healing
Unconsciousness
The first area we heal is unconsciousness, which is stored in the gonads. This restores sexual potency and drive. During this process one releases all anaesthetics, drugs, hypnosis and other areas of numbness. Unconsciousness causes holes in the aura, and since nature abhors a vacuum, something will always fill that hole. Various spirits, entities and thought forms can enter. When a person is releasing unconsciousness, these possessions can be felt leaving the body as an ice cold wind. For example, after an operation a person may have thoughts they didn’t have before.Apart from entering under anaesthetics, entities can also enter the body of a small child when it is not in its parent’s aura, since for the first three years a child does not have its own aura. At this stage ancestral spirits often enter the body. These ghosts are not necessarily the souls of people, but rather their emotional bodies. Intense emotions create an etheric form. Those ancestors that have unresolved emotions leave behind an emotional body that seeks to continue its existence through another family member. So a child can inherit its ancestors’ emotional problems. Since, in these early years, the personality is forming, these problems are held very deeply, and are stored in the large intestine. This causes allergies. Allergies are caused by a weakness in the large intestine allowing the absorption of abnormal metabolic products. They are cured when all the ancestral spirits have left the body.
Apathy
The second area we heal is apathy which is stored in the spleen. As this heals, a person becomes more socially active, the body becomes less sluggish, and anaemia and digestive disorders are healed. The emotions that arise to be healed include depression, hopelessness and powerlessness. There may be a death wish, as memories arise of times when the will to live was lost. Apart from releasing the emotion, power needs to be taken back. We all have times when we lose power to others. It can be taken back in meditation, by using a stick of birch or oak to draw a circle clockwise on the ground around oneself, calling the other person to the edge of the circle, seeing them holding your power, and taking it back. (See also my Take Back Your Power ecourse.)Shame
One of the greatest causes of loss of will to live is shame. Shame is often behind serious illness. It has three possible causes. First, there is the Shame that is dumped on you by others. Psychology does not deal adequately with Shame, as it is not just a psychological problem, but a metaphysical one. Shame is an energy that can be passed on. Often, abuse is a vehicle for passing on Shame that one does not want to feel. This kind of Shame needs to be squeezed out and given back to the person who dumped it on you.Another kind of Shame comes from the meaning and significance we give to early childhood traumas. A small child has not yet found its separateness, and so everything that happens to it, it thinks is its fault. If it is not loved, it thinks it is unlovable. If it is deprived, it thinks it is undeserving. To heal this kind of Shame, one must remember how one viewed the event, and now see it with a new meaning and significance.
The third kind of Shame comes from mistakes that have not been forgiven. When one makes a mistake it is natural to feel remorse so that one develops a conscience and changes. If one does not feel remorse, one will feel defective. With remorse, you recognise that you have made a mistake. With shame, you are the mistake. To heal this, you need to know how to forgive.
The first key is to forgive the why rather than the what. Knowing the reason why you did what you did does not mean excusing it, but rather recognising your weakness. For example, in many cases of sexual abuse, the abuser claimed that it was their only way of expressing love. No progress can be made here, as abuse is never an expression of love. If instead they had said it was the only way they knew how to express their hostility, or they didn’t know how to handle their Shame apart from dumping it on someone else, healing could begin. The event cannot simply be forgotten, as that would mean suppression of the emotion. Forgiveness is quite a complex process which has seven stages: denial, blame, self-pity, indignation, becoming aware of the whole pattern, i.e. once you feel flawed you must always fail in the same way, stepping out of the pattern, and finally, being forgiven. Only by releasing each of these feelings is Shame completely healed.
Grief & Self-Pity
The next level to heal is grief, which is stored in the solar plexus, pancreas and adrenal glands. This is where the patient moves out of the victim state. Once a person grieves, and the tears begin to flow, the grief is easily released. The pitfall is self-pity, which is not just an emotion, but a state of being, which keeps a person stuck. To free ourselves from it, we need to understand its past and future causes. The past cause is in childhood, as a young child, unable to fulfil its own needs, gets what it wants by getting people to feel sorry for it. If a child does not get what it wants it digs in its heels and refuses to move. So one stops growing emotionally and stays a victim. The real cause of self-pity lies in the future; it is done to manipulate, punish or avoid something. It manipulates by getting people to feel sorry for you. It punishes by tearing down the self worth of whoever is close. It is used to avoid responsibility, as when you’re in self-pity people do not ask much of you. For it to work one must hang on to past problems, for if you admitted the real reason, it would not work. For example, I am feeling sorry for myself and someone asks what the matter is, and I say” I am manipulating you” they will not buy it, so instead I talk about by problems to get them to feel sorry for me, until I have than eating out of my hand, right where I want them. The problem is, in order to continue this manipulation I must always have problems. It is impossible to create success, as no one would feel sorry for me anymore.
Spiritual growth also becomes impossible, since being spiritually empowered means giving rather than taking, owning ones power, being responsible and thinking positively, all of which are negated by self-pity. In order to grow out of this one must recognise why one is doing it and realise what it is costing them. Then one must go back to give the inner child what it needs, so that it can let go and allow one to mature. When this happens a person will grieve properly and then become free. Tears may flow for several hours until all grief has been released.
Cancers heal at this stage. Cancer grows by a process of cellular entrainment. Each new cell is entrained by the energy field of the cells around it. That is how, for example, a new cell in the liver becomes a liver cell, not a heart cell. So long as the cancer cells are stronger than the surrounding cells, those cells will be entrained by the cancer. Once grief is released, the body’s energy is high enough to entrain the cancer cells, so the cancer breaks down. Cancer will not heal until the body’s energy has moved up the scale through unconsciousness, apathy and then grief is released. When this stage is reached, a cancer will often dissolve rapidly while the patient is grieving, as if the substance of the cancer is being cried out.
I’ll discuss the remaining emotions, fear, shame, anger, guilt and pain in another article.
