Tibetan Thyroid remedy

Four steps thyroid remedy
– Warm up your hands by rubbing them to each other. Place them on your thyroid for 10 seconds.
– Swallow or drink some water with small swallows.
– Exhale, leaning your head forward until you can touch the chest with your chin. Hold your breath couple of seconds. Meanwhile try to move your head from right to left, without lifting your chin from the chest.
– Exhale, returning your head to the normal position.
Repeat this exercise 10 times. As you do it you will massage the thyroid and increase the blood flow in the area. This improves the gland’s function, making the exercise especially good against hypothyroidism, which is the situation then the thyroid is under functioning. You can do the exercise both standing or seated.
