With 21st December coming up, and all the expected changes it is supposed to bring, I wanted to share a few words about how to go through this time most elegantly.

First, don't be too fixed on the date. Massive changes are happening, and although this point is a peak, those changes will continue to integrate for a while afterwards.

Secondly, remember that you create your own reality. This is a very important point at this time. Sitting back waiting for change is kind of going against this truth. We have all worked to bring about the positive changes we want; now it is very important to follow through. If one is waiting for change, and it doesn't happen on 21st December, it can cause a great loss of faith.

To understand the full implications of this change, it is useful to consider for a moment the most modern theories of evolution. We are at what is called a bifurcation point. As a species competes most successfully for survival, it reaches a point where it destroys its own environment, and therefore destroys itself. At this point, in order to survive, it can either become more primitive, or more complex. Both these possibilities exist in the World at the moment. The powers that be are working hard to dumb us all down to keep us in slavery, which is tightening more and more, and at the same time there is a massive urge towards spiritual awakening. If we don't make this awakening, humanity will be pushed down into ignorance, control and further slavery.

The main message of the awakening, which has been asserted more and more during the new age, and which the leaders are trying hard to take from us, is that we create our own reality, and therefore are in control of our own lives. The prospect of everybody waking up to this truth is what frightens the World leaders so much. All the oppression that is going on is meant to take away our power, our faith in ourselves, and to stop us realizing this simple truth. The most important point to keep in mind then, to see us successfully through positive change, is to hold on to this truth: WE CREATE OUR OWN REALITY.

I have given a free course on Taking Back Your Power on my website. This is most important to work with at this time. All the different ways the authorities take away our power make us feel powerless, so we don't have the belief to create what we want. The simple exercises of taking back your power will help restore your belief in yourself, and allow you to start shaping your own life. If you work with these exercises very diligently now, and keep reminding yourself that you are the creator, the battle will soon be over, and positive change for the World is assured.

The last point I wish to make, is that not only are we creators, we are also co-creators. Apart from achieving our own personal goals, we also can achieve common goals by working together. The changes that are happening now are global. The human race must move forward together. Therefore apart from visualizing what we want for ourselves, it is extremely important to now visualize the World we want for everybody. It starts by knowing that you can create, both on a personal level, and on a global level.

So, the way I suggest we see this time through, is at 11.11 on 21st December, do an extra big working of taking back your power, then meditate on the fact that you create your reality. Finish by visualizing all your dreams for yourself and for the World.
